Services are Available for Victims / Survivors : Crisis Intervention

After Hours (4:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. - weekends and statutory holidays)

  • Call will be taken by the Answering service
  • Ask to speak to the crisis worker on call
  • Give your first name and number
  • The crisis worker on-call will return your call
  • If you are unable to leave a number, the answering service will do a “patch through”, holding you on the line until the crisis worker can be connected to you
  • NOTE: A patch through or call back can take a while if the crisis worker is in transit or on another call. Please call the answering service back if there is an extended delay.
